Order Cancellation and Delivery Terms
If you change your mind after placing an order, you are entitled to cancel the order anytime prior to us dispatching the goods. If you wish to amend or cancel your order please call us on 01706 482060 as soon as possible – our team will be happy to assist.
Once a request to cancel your order has been received and confirmed, you will receive email confirmation of a full refund.
In stock IBCs and palletised items purchased with standard delivery will typically be delivered within 3 working days. Deliveries will be made between 8:00am and 5:00pm unless you have paid for a timed delivery slot.
IBCs and palletised items purchased before 11:30am with next day delivery selected will be delivered the next working day. Deliveries will be made between 8:00am and 5:00pm unless you have paid for a timed delivery slot.
Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available to accept delivery of goods. If a delivery is attempted and you are not there to receive the goods, they will be returned to our depot and redelivered at the earliest convenience, this will be subject to a redelivery charge. If after a failed delivery you wish to return the item for a refund, the cost of getting the product back to us will be deducted from the refund total.
Delivery is to UK Mainland only unless discussed directly with a member of the sales team.
Returns Policy
At Recontainers Direct we pride ourselves on providing industry leading standards to both the products we sell and the customer support we offer. If for any reason we fall short of these standards we will be happy to offer a full refund or replacement minus the cost of the original delivery, so long as any issues are reported to us within 24 hours of the delivery date (for both online and manually processed orders). The cost of returning the product is to be paid by the customer.
If we have supplied you with faulty goods we are willing to offer a full refund, including the cost of delivery, or an alternative item will be offered at our expensive, so long as any issues are reported to us within 24 hours of the delivery date (for both online and manually processed orders).
The cancellation of an order by the customer shall incur a restocking fee equal to 25% of the total order value.
